Shree Wood – Country Manager
As Country Manager, Shree supports CIBT’s commitment to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence by providing outstanding support and management of the fulfilment of visa and passport requests. Prior to joining CIBT, Shree worked with several immigration service providers managing a portfolio of key client relationships and advising on global immigration policies. She has extensive knowledge on various immigration processes in the APAC region, working closely with third party vendors and network partners on providing strategic immigration advisory services to clients. Shree has an LLB and LLM from the University of Leicester and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She also holds certificates in Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA) and Fintech from the University of Oxford.
Lee Smith - Vice President Business Development APAC
Lee Smith joined CIBT in 2019 through the acquisition of TSS Immigration where he had held the role of General Manager since 2017. Lee has over 20 years' experience in global resourcing, international recruitment, workforce and business management. Lee heads up the business development team for CIBT Visas and Newland Chase in Australia. Having worked in management roles on the east and west coast of Australia with the SKILLED Group for 15 years, Lee has extensive business development experience across a variety of industry sectors including engineering, energy and resources, health and ICT. Lee has worked closely with leading companies in these areas devising workforce planning and sourcing strategies. Lee is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Australia.
