Business Travel Requirements for an Chad Visa for Singapore Citizens

1. Please Read

   There is no Embassy representation for this destination in Singapore. All applications are processed overseas using our CIBT global network of offices. An Overseas Return Courier Fee of $150 + GST per order will apply in addition to the application fees quoted.

2. Visa Validity

   The validity of a single entry visa is one month from the date of issue. The applicant must enter and exit in that period. It is often easier to apply for a multiple entry because this is valid for three months. The consular fees are the same.

3. Passport

   The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:

   • Have at least one blank visa page
   • Be valid for six months beyond entry date

4. Photographs

   Two identical passport-sized colour photographs. The photographs must:

   • Be taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper
   • Be taken against an all white background
   • Be 45mm by 35 mm
   • Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
   • You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
   • Your photos should be glued to the designated section of the visa application form (in the absence of a designated area, affix to the top right or top left corner).

5. Business Introduction Letter

   You are required to provide an original Business Introduction Letter from your Singapore-based company. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays a Singapore mailing address. Use the sample Business Introduction Letter provided at https://cibtvisas.sg/forms?formname=Business-Introduction-Letter-Sample.pdf to complete your letter.

6. Letter of Invitation

    An invitation letter, written by the inviting company/sponsor in this destination. The letter of invitation must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the full name of the applicant
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • Specify the number of visits (entries) to the country of destination
   • Specify the length of the visa
   • Be stamped and signed

7. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   Details of travel arrangements. These must be provided as:

   • A copy of the hotel confirmation
   • A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel

8. Yellow Fever Certificate

   One original yellow fever certificate

9. Visa Application Form

   Two fully completed and signed application forms (do not print double sided). These forms must:

   • Be completed in block capitals only
   • Be signed in blue/black ink only
