Business Travel Requirements for an France Visa for Singapore Citizens
Visa Exempt
Visa exempt for an accumulative total stay of 90 days per 180 calendar days within the Schengen Area. Once the 90 day accumulative maximum is reached, leaving for a brief period and re-entering the area does not entitle a traveller to 90 more days within the Schengen states. The traveller must remain outside of the Schengen Area for 90 days before re-entering without a visa. The traveller must:
Hold a passport valid at least three months beyond your date of return with one blank page and issued in the previous 10 years
Hold proof of sufficient funds
Hold proof of onward/return airline tickets
Hold documents showing proof of purpose of trip
Hold all documents required for the next destination
Hold a visa for the next country, if applicable
Confirm with their airline that boarding will be permitted without a visa as these conditions are subject to change
Upcoming requirement for visa‑exempt travellers: ETIAS
Visa exempt travellers to the Schengen Area (incl. Cyprus) will soon be required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) travel authorisation once it is introduced. The ETIAS is scheduled to go live in the last quarter of 2026. It is not a visa but will be mandatory for visa-exempt travellers prior to departure.
